Peer Observation of Your Online Course
If you want or need a colleague to "observe" your course site and provide you with constructive feedback, you can give them login access by using the Add Participants feature in Site Info. Be sure to ask for your colleague's ETUDES NG User ID so that you can enter that in the first box. You don't need to enter an email in the second box unless your colleague does not have an ETUDES NG User ID.
Checklists and guidelines for observing a colleague's course site are available upon request from Judy Baker at bakerjudy@foothill.edu.
Proctored Testing on Campus
Students requiring disability related accommodations for testing must be registered with the Disability Resource Center (DRC), (650) 646-7017. The DRC Testing Proctor is Joyce Henderson-McLeod, (650) 949-7672, Office Room 5801. The Division Offices do not proctor or oversee testing for students requiring disability related accommodations.
Faculty can make arrangements through the Testing Office for a testing proctor for all other students. The Foothill College Testing Proctor is Dorie Anderson, (650) 949-7230, Office Room 5006. The cost to the student is $12.50/hour. If you choose not to have a proctor present, it is your responsibility to give explicit directions directly to your student regarding your test. It is not the responsibility of your Division Office to proctor or oversee your test. Please use this

Tips from the Testing Office:
-
Remind students to bring cash or check for payment.
-
Remind students to bring photo ID.
-
Testing Office location has moved, be sure you send students to the new location (Room 8200).
-
If you want one proctored test per quarter, use the Midterm Test rather than the Final Exam to avoid scheduling conflicts.
